We who deliver the website www.weknit-store.no are We Knit Anett Opheim, org. No. 919436026, Kablehusveien 6, 4342 Egersund, Norway. By the terms "we, ours, ours and us" below we mean We Knit.
We Knit wants you as a customer to be able to buy anywhere, whenever you want. If anything is unclear or you have real questions about purchasing, please contact us
through this contact form or send an email to weknit@hotmail.com .
Upon completion of payment, a PDF file will be received in Norwegian with a link to download, which is why important to write the right email.

We Knit reserves the right to review and change the general terms and conditions at any time, and the customer will be bound by the terms at the time the order is made.

Ordering / Delivery
To place an order, select one or more products that are added to the shopping cart. Go through the purchase, fill in the info, and select the desired payment. You can pay with Visa; Mastercard and Paypal. Click for the correct option to confirm your card information, or PayPal info. Amounts are immediately deducted from your account. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt on e-mail and link to download immediately after completed purchase. You do not pay any delivery costs.
Price
The price of the products is as mentioned on the website. If a price error is detected, you will be contacted immediately, cancel your order, or give yourself the chance to place New order. All prices are stated including VAT and in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
Complaint / Right of withdrawal
Digital content services are delivered as soon as the purchase is completed. Right of complaint on digital products applies if the file is damaged or defective. The right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the service is used. Digital content services differ in this respect from the delivery of other types of services, where the right of withdrawal lasts until the service is delivered.
Information on restrictions on the use of the product, such as the maximum number of times it can be used or time limits, re-use of the product, information on the cost of additional services is provided.
If the file is damaged or defective, you have a 60-day warranty from the day you purchased the item. You who consume contacts We Knit by phone +47 98 42 22 19 or email weknit@hotmail.com . We Knit reimburses the full amount, to the consumer, if the file is damaged or deficient.
Payment
We accept payment by credit card via Bambora (Visa, MasterCard) as well as PayPal, all of which are secure alternatives to E-Commerce. You do not need to have PayPal to make a purchase. When using card payment, reserve We Knit the right to check validity and coverage. We Knit reserves the right to refuse purchases.
We Knit understands the importance of online privacy and will not disclose or resell customer information to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction.
Personal information
We Knit are responsible for the processing of the personal information you provide to us such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We will process your personal information in order to manage your purchases, for marketing purposes such as electronic communication services, and to be able to develop our products and services.
